As Founder and CEO of deploy12 Jonathan has built a professional family that can support all types of change programmes.

An accomplished change professional with over 20 years’ experience. Jonathan has helped a number of clients deliver large multi-million pound business change programmes. Jonathan is renowned for building strong delivery teams, by harnessing a client’s existing change capability and merging it with supplier and interim resource.

Together the four Directors of deploy12 collectively have over one hundred years of change experience across multiple geographies and industries, deployed as leaders and experts, and utilising a comprehensive range of methods and tools. All our client engagements are led by at least one of our directors.
